You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as described. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, with all accessories and manuals included where possible. Proof of purchase is required.
We build every Harmonia to last and put each unit through quality checks before dispatch. Because of this, our return policy is designed to protect you in the event that something genuinely goes wrong with your product. We're always here to help if it does.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or broken, we'll take care of it. That's what the warranty is for.
- If the issue is major, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement unit
- If the issue is minor, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time
- All products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects
Confirmed defect? We ship a replacement the same day. Just email us your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 2 hours and get a new unit on its way immediately.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including preferences on size, colour, style, or similar, unless required by law.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we begin processing it promptly.
- If you request a cancellation before dispatch, we may deduct a cancellation fee to cover reasonable costs already incurred. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item once it arrives under our 30-day return policy.
Follow these four steps to initiate a return:
Return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or replacement promptly.
Tip: before shipping anything back, always contact us first. In many cases, especially for minor defects, we can resolve the issue by sending a replacement part or a new unit without you needing to return anything at all.
Refunds are issued for products confirmed to have a genuine defect, damage, or malfunction. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
If the returned product is found to be in full working condition with no defect, we'll reach out to discuss next steps. In these cases, we may return the item to you rather than issue a refund. We always aim to find a fair resolution for both sides.
Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
