Refund & Return Policy

At Bexxly, we are committed to ensuring every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. While we strive for perfection, we recognise that issues may occasionally arise. This policy sets clear guidelines to protect our customers while safeguarding against misuse.


Scope of the Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are processed. By placing an order with Bexxly, you acknowledge and agree to the guidelines set forth in this policy.


30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with all accessories and manuals included where possible. Proof of purchase is required.


When You Are Entitled to a Refund or Replacement

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Arrives damaged, defective, or broken.

If the issue is major, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
If the issue is minor, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (including size, colour, style, or preference), unless required by law.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we begin processing it promptly.

  • If you request a cancellation before dispatch, we may deduct a cancellation fee to cover reasonable costs already incurred.

  • Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@bexxly.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description.

  2. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Return the item with all available accessories, manuals, and packaging where possible.

  4. Once inspected and approved, your refund, replacement, or repair will be processed within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, defective, or not as described → we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original delivery fee.

  • For returns not covered above, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
