All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Your tracking link is emailed to you when your order dispatches.

Orders placed before 3pm (AEST) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Every Harmonia is covered by a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty doesn't cover physical damage from drops or misuse. If your device develops a fault, contact us at support@bexxly.com with a description and photos and we'll sort it — typically with a replacement dispatched within 24 hours.
If your order arrives damaged — from shipping or otherwise — contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged item.
Shipping damage is on us. We pack every order carefully, but carriers occasionally mishandle packages. It won't cost you anything.
